Recruit patients with first-ever acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and classify them into two study groups based on the presence or absence of vitamin B12 deficiency, while also including a matched healthy control group. Utilize 4D-DIA proteomics technology to analyze the protein expression profiles and identify significantly differentially expressed proteins (DEPs).
