This dataset presents a mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis of histone acetylation in tumor cells influenced by macrophage efferocytosis. Through stable isotope tracing with [U-13C] palmitate, we mapped the incorporation of macrophage efferocytosis-derived carbon into histone acetylation in tumor cells.
