Description	Quantitative proteomic analysis by 16-plex tanden mass tag (TMT)-labeling and mass spectrometry of Trypanosoma life cycle stages. Analysis were performed with T. cruzi epimastigotes, column purified metacyclic trypomastigotes, amastigotes, cell culture-derived trypomastigotes. Four biological replicates were performed.
