Dictyostelium discoideum whole cell proteome from WT (AX3) vegetative cells under hypoxia were analyzed after 5h of incubation at 21% oxygen (normoxia) or after 5h of incubation at 1% oxygen (hypoxia treatment). The experiment consists of 1 Biological Replicate, 10 fractions per sample, with 3 Technical Replicates each, by comparing normoxia (control) vs. hypoxia (sample).
