To test hypothesis that Zc3h13 regulates the translation of a subset of mRNAs critical for T cell activation, we performed quantitative profiling of nascent peptides in TCR-stimulated T cells using puromycin incorporation and SILAC labeling-based nascent polypeptidome profiling (pSNAP).
