As a deubiquitinating enzyme that is widely expressed throughout the body, OTUD6B has its amino terminus in a structural domain that is important for its physiological function. Its amino terminus was therefore analysed for changes in differential proteins in lung endothelial cells following a deletion of 53 amino acids.
