IGF2BP3 is an RNA-binding protein that regulates mRNA stability, translation, and localization. IGF2BP3 binds to mRNAs encoding endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress response proteins. To understand molecular mechanisms of its function we performed co-immunoprecipitation of the endogenous IGF2BP3 from colorectal carcinoma cell line HCT116 in control and ER stress conditions. RNase treatment was performed during washes to reveal RNA-bridged interactors.
