The N-(3-oxododecanoyl)-L-homoserine lactone (3OC12-HSL) is a critical quorum sensing (QS) molecule in Brevundimonas aeruginosa that is required for biofilm maturation and full expression of virulence factors. To systematically explore the biological effects of 3OC12-HSL on ccRCC cells, we analyzed the proteome in 786-O cells treated with 3OC12-HSL.
