To identify the potential deubiquitinases and ubiquitin ligases that regulate the ubiquitination and stability of SATB2，we performed mass spectrometry to analyze the SATB2-interating proteins pulled down by the anti-Myc antibody from GSCs overexpressing Myc-tagged SATB2.
