We analyzed the phosphoproteome of synaptosomes from mice represented five stages. Three stages were recovery without anesthesia, under anesthesia and after anesthesia. The other two stages were hypoglycemic syncope caused by insulin treatment and glucose injection into the subcutaneous of hypoglycemic syncope mice to help them regain consciousness. We used phosphoproteome as the core, mapped the relationship between phosphopeptides and upstream possible kinases, and defined the activity of the upstream kinase by phosphorylation degree of peptides.
