To comprehensively characterize the specificity of TP1 for HDAC4, we analyzed the effects of DMSO or TP1 via DIA proteomics analysis after lung cancer cells were treated with TP1 or DMSO, and the results indicated that TP1 displays highly specific degradation activity toward HDAC4 .
