We used two differentpretreatment methods to extract extracellular vesicles of ginger, one is juicing method and the other is enzyme digestion (cellulase + pectinase) method. After pretreatment, the extracellular vesicles of ginger were recovered by a series of gradient centrifugation and sucrose purification methods for proteomic detection, so as to analyze the differences in the types and contents of the extracellular vesicles of ginger proteins from the two methods.
