Chorispora bungeana, a perennial alpine subnival plant, is renowned for its exceptional adaptation to freezing environments. To elucidate the proteomic responses of C. bungeana to freezing stress, a comprehensive proteomic analysis was conducted on nine samples, with each treatment comprising three biological replicates across three time points (0, 6, and 30 hours). LC-MS/MS analysis yielded 324,546 spectra, capturing the proteomic landscape of C. bungeana under both control and freezing conditions.
