PXD056030

PXD056030 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAnalysis of photosynthetic protein supercomplexes from Physcomitrella patens
DescriptionThe goal of the project is to determine protein composition (and their relative abundance) of photosystem I and II supercomplexes separated using mild CN-PAGE from thylakoid membranes of Physcomitrium patens. The proteomic data will be compared with single-particle EM data obtained in the separated photosystem I and II supercomplexes.
