The proteomic landscape of Pseudomonas aeruginosa under the influence of Imipenem, a commonly used antibiotic, has been the subject of investigation in this study. Our comparative analysis between the world epidemic clinical strain (6378/09) and the control strain (ATCC 27853)has revealed results highlighting the proteomic changes that occur in response to varying Imipenem concentrations. Utilizing label-free quantification (LFQ) intensity scores, protein-level t-tests, and Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis, we have been able to delve deeper into the molecular mechanisms that underpin Imipenem resistance.
