Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (lTP) is anautoimmune disorder characterized by antiplateletautoantibodies, thrombocytopenia, and bleeding. In thisstudy, a kind of active component, chlorogenic acidcompounds(CGAs)from sweetpotato leaves was isolatedby ionic liquids-ultrasound, which contains 6 isomers ofchlorogenic acid with total purity of 95.69%. CGAs couldpromote platelet formation in a murine model of ITP, whichwas established by injection of antiplatelet antibody. Tocharacterize the impact of CGAs on the bone marrowproteome in mice, tissue samples were subjected toproteomic analysis.
