For quantitative protein expression analysis, LC-MS/MS was used for pairwise group comparisons, with normalized protein abundances assessed for significant differences using arcsine transformation. The low myopia group was labeled with 126C, 127C, and 127N; the moderate myopia group with 128N, 128C, and 129N; and the high myopia group with 129C, 130C, and 130N.
