An E. coli strain was transformed with pet28a-IGFBP3-His. Proteins were purified by AKTA system and incubated with skeletal muscle lysis and Ni-NTA beads (Thermo Fisher). Proteins eluted by acid eluting buffer. The elucidated proteins were subjected for analysis by LC-MS/MS.
