Add info. Nucleus pulposus cells show unique phenotypes and morphology on different glucomannan esters. Various protein receptors on the membrane surface are involved in cell adhesion, morphology maintenance and phenotype regulation. In this project, the cell membrane proteins of the nucleus pulposus cells were extracted and purified and incubated with different glucomannan esters to detect differentially enriched proteins to comprehensively evaluate the specific mechanism by which glucomannan esters regulate cell function.
