Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) is one of the most popular bred crustaceans in China. E. sinensis stressed by high temperature and resulted in disease and large mortality in summer. Litter is known about the mechanism of temperature tolerant E. sinensis. In this study, transcriptome and proteome for high temperature tolerant (HTT) and high temperature sensitive (HTS) female E. sinensis were identified
