A total of four groups were included in this study, that is endometrial cancer and adjacent normal tissues from patients who survived with endometrial cancer, and cancer and adjacent normal tissues from patients who died. FFPE samples were processed according to the previous research, and the tryptic peptides were then for LC-MS/MS analysis.
