Updated PubMed. In this project we aimed to investigate the effect of Goreisan (GRS, traditional herbal medicine) on HFpEF model heart failure mouse. HFpEF was induced by administration of high-fat diet (HFD)and N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), with or without GRS. Mouse heart proteome was analyzed with LC/MS/MS.
