Title	Gamete Bundle Proteomics for the Stony Rice Coral, Montipora capitata
Description	This folder contains raw data and Skyline documents for the Montipora capitata gamete bundle proteome project. In this study, we compared proteomics acquisition techniques (data dependent and data independent acquisition) with a coral gamete bundle dataset. We assessed proteome coverage and ability to detect proteomic signals of parent colony bleaching status between the two acquisition types.
