To explore the effect of Porphyromonas gingivalis on lipid-laden macrophages, the project was conduct. Overall design: 8 samples, 4 replicates in 2 groups, with ox-LDL-treated RAW264.7 macrophages stimulated with or without Porphyromonas gingivalis.
