ASPC-1 and H358 cells were collected after being treated with 100nM MCB-36 for 24h. Cells were lysed in UA solution followed by mechanical grinding at a frequency of 60 Hz at 4°C for 60 min. The lysate was centrifuged and the supernatant was collected as a whole extract. Samples were then digested using the filter-aided sample preparation method. Liquid chromatography tandem MS (LC-MS/MS) analysis was performed by coupling a nanoLC column to an Orbitrap Q-Exactive Plus mass spectrometer.
