Tandem Mass Tags (TMT)-based and label-free quantitative liquid chromatography/ tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis of samples from wah-1(bon89) and wt animals grown at 20 °C and in presence of either OP50 strain or HT115 strain bacteria. Targeted MS analysis of the same samples by SureQuant is also archived.
