This project adopts mass spectrometry proteomics technology for research. The experiment was divided into four groups: the experimental group was D1 group, D2 group, and the control group was D3 group and D4 group(D2 is the repeating group of D1, and D4 is the repeating group of D3). The experimental group and control group were treated with mouse monoclonal anti FAP antibodies (SC-100528; Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Dallas, TX, USA) and normal mouse IgG antibodies (A7028, Beyotime Biotechnology), respectively. A total of 700 proteins were identified in four samples, of which 290 were false positive proteins. The remaining 290 proteins were only positively expressed in the D1 group, 62 proteins were only expressed in the D2 group, and 121 proteins were both positively expressed in both D1 and D2 groups. Based on the above data, a systematic analysis was conducted on all identified proteins in combination with bioinformatics.
