This project carried out a quantitative study of a saline-alkali tolerant green microalga under NaCl stress using iTRAQ labling and LC–MS/MS proteomic analysis. in order to ensurea high degre of credibility of the results, we quantitatively analyzed the changes. The standard for up-or down-regulated modification sites was set as a fold change>1.5 or <0.7, and p< 0.05, respectively. In this study, we carried out a systematic bioinformatics analysis of proteins containing quantitative information, including protein annotation, functional classification, functional enrichmentand cluster analysis based on functional enrichment.
