The quantitative investigation of acetylated proteomics was carried out in this project. To ensure high reliability of the results, we filtered the identification data using a criterion of localization probability>0.75. This study identified a total of 9755 acetylation sites located on 3051 proteins, of which the quantitative information from 6323 sites of 2005 proteins were obtained. Subsequently, we conducted a systematic bioinformatics analysis of proteins which containing quantitative information sites, including protein annotation, functional classification, functional enrichment, and cluster analysis based on functional enrichment. According to above information, we provided reference directions for downstream in-depth research based on proteomics.
