In this study, hepatopancreas tissues of cold-tolerant and common families of Litopenaeus vannamei were selected by the Guangxi Academy of Fishery Sciences for proteomic study. Hepatopancreas were treated at 28℃, 18℃ and 10℃ respectively based on DIA technology. The samples were collected from cold resistant families and common families at three temperature gradients of 28 ℃, 18 ℃, and 10 ℃, respectively. There were three replicates corresponding to each temperature, each containing a random mixture of hepatopancreas samples from six shrimp. There were a total of 18 samples, including 9 common families and 9 cold resistant families.
