Update publication information. Mussel cell culture is a challenging problem because serums play a vital biological role in cell culture as autologous donors and immune agents. In this project, Label-free proteomic analysis was carried out on fetal bovine serum and hyriopsis cumingii serum, and significant different proteins and hyriopsis cumingii specific proteins were analyzed. Most differentially expressed proteins are involved in immune responses, cell differentiation, and calcium ion binding. In addition, HSP, CALR, APOB, C3 and other immune factors were significantly different.
