Updated project metadata. This project presents how our newly developed photocatalyst, BTP, can induce pyroptotic cell death by catalytically oxidising membrane proteins. The LC-MSMS data cover oxidised proteome in terms of methionine oxidation. The experimental conditions were set with or without light and BTP
