We present data of a brain tumour cell line (USP7) infected with Zika virus (Strain: BeH819966, GenBank: KU365779.1) to identify CD8 T cell epitopes eluted from the cell surface using mass spectrometry (immunopeptidomics) of presented HLA bound Zika peptides.
