Description	Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated using pTyr-beads, followed by mass spectrometry-based identification of the bound protein. Tyr-phosphorylated form of SREBP1 was identified with two Tyr-phosphorylation sites, Y673 and Y951 (Y649 & Y927 in SREBP-1C, and Y703 & Y981 in longer form)
