2 4-plex iTRAQ runs were perfomed on human plasma samples from spnial cord injury patients. The samples pools were from AIS C improvers (AIS grade conversion) (n=10 & n=9), AIS C non-improvers (n=7 & n=6), at both acute (~2 weeks post-injury) and subacute (~3 months post-injury) timepoints, and AIS D (n=10) and AIS A (n=11) at the acute time point.
