The results show that approximately 7 proteins were down-regulated, and approximately 6 proteins, including PGRL1A and PGRL1B, were up-regulated in pgr5 compared with pgrl1a1b. However, these differences were not statistically significant, indicating that the pgr5 and pgrl1a1b have similar changes in chloroplast proteome, which strongly correlates with their photosynthesis performances.
