Cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS) has the characteristics of high prevalence, high recurrence rate, high disability rate and fatality rate. Sodium Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate (STS), as water-soluble substance after sulfonation of Tanshinone ⅡA, has a definite effect in the treatment of CIS, but the mechanism of it has not been fully elucidated. We employed DIA quantitative proteomics to analyze the protein expression in the ischemic penumbra of rats in each group, and screened the differential proteins according to the criteria of |log2FC|≥0.58 and p<0.05. R software was used to draw volcano maps and cluster analysis heat map, as well as STRING database to construct differential protein interaction (PPI) network. Then we performed GO enrichment analysis and KEGG signal pathway analysis with the aid of DAVID, ClueGO and other tools, and brought parallel reaction monitoring technology (PRM) method to detect protein expression.
