To improve our understanding on neuroprotective effect, afford by DZSM on CCH, we constructed two independent quantitative mitochondrial proteome and phospho-proteome experiment for dissecting the therapy of DZSM, data shows that DZSM attenuated CCH by regulating mitochondrial-mediated pathway (mainly TCA cycle and OXPHOS). The differentially expressed mitochondrial proteins identified such as Atp5o, Cox4il and Dlat were related to mitochondrial TCA cycle and OXPHOS, which were further validated by parallel reaction monitoring (PRM) technology.
