Moreover, studies have revealed how the expression of a single oviposition related gene affects the expression of related genes, and more importantly, individual node genes act as links The expression of upstream and downstream genes plays a key role. VgR and Vg genes are key genes for female oviposition, which are related to egg formation and hatching. In this study, high-throughput sequencing and RNAi techniques will be used to study the abdominal transcriptome, protein components and functions of the female D.citri, especially the functions of VgR and Vg genes in the oviposition stage, so as to find a suitable method to control D.citri in the oviposition stage, In order to explore the function of VgR and Vg genes in female D.citri, how VgR and Vg genes participate in the physiological and biochemical reaction of female oviposition at a specific stage and the practical application of RNAi technology.
