In this study, we used TMT based comparative proteomic analysis to investigate the responses of the chilling-sensitive cultivar 'Baxijiao' (Musa spp. AAA) to cold stress. 'Baxijiao' seedlings were cultured for 3 months. The temperature was decreased by 3 °C from 25 to 10 °C every 3 days (25, 22, 19, 16, 13, and 10 °C). Samples were collected at the end of the third day at 25 (the control plants) and 10 °C. TMT quantitative analysis of proteins identified a total of 110,693 spectra with definite identification information, identified 5744 proteins, and the spectral identification rate was 26%. Using 1.3 times as the difference threshold, 366 differentially expressed proteins were obtained, of which 170 were up-regulated and 196 were down-regulated.
