Updated publication reference for PubMed record(s): 32849481. Vibrio fluvialis A8 was a newly isolated strain that possessed a good agarase production ability. The Secretomic analysis using nanoLC-MS/MS was performed to study the molecular properties including molecular weight, pI and relative abundance of the agarases in the secretome of this strain.
