This dataset contains analyses of urine samples from 17 patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD or PKD), 9 patients with other chronic kidney diseases (mostly IgA nephropathy) and 11 healthy controls. We spiked in 7 heavy-labeled peptides corresponding to 6 proteins previously found to be regulated by an important bioactive peptide - angiotensin II. We then analyzed each peptide in duplicate in all urine samples to determine whether urine excretion rate of these 6 proteins reflects kidney activity of angiotensin II.
