The present study was designed to identify a salivary protein biomarker related to saliva secretion disorder in NOD/ShiLtJ mice, a pSS primary murine model. The stimulated saliva was collected from NOD/ShiLtJ and BALB/c mice as controls for differential proteomic analysis.
