Updated project metadata. The aim of this project is to use an integrated approach involving SILAC labeling, HPLC fractionation, Phospho(STY) antibody affinity enrichment, LC-MS/MS to quantify the dynamic changes of the whole phosphorylome in the control and experimental samples.
