Dataset Summary
| Title | RPE-Glut1 KO Mouse Retina Proteomics |
| Description | 9-week post-tamoxifen (PT) mouse retinas from the RPE-Glut1 KO mice. The tryptic digest from 25ug of retina protein from 5 replicates of 2 sample conditions: Control (Glut1fl/fl) and KO (REP65-cre Glut1fl/fl) were analyzed using a 40min LC-MS/MS DIA run on the Thermo Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer.MS data were searched against a spectral library generated from the UniProt mouse database (08/21/2023) and a contaminant database using DIA-NN v1.8.1. Mass spectrometry analysis was performed at The Wistar Institute. |
