| Description | To identify TRIM3-interacting proteins in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), we overexpressed Flag-TRIM3 in H1299 cells and enriched TRIM3 along with its interacting proteins through Flag immunoprecipitation (IP-Flag). Unique peptides were subsequently identified by mass spectrometry. |
