Dataset Summary
| Title | Quantitative proteomics analysis of Stra8-Pdcd5-/- mouse elongating spermatids |
| Description | In order to investigate the molecular mechanism of PDCD5 in the regulation of spermatids development, elongating spermatids from Pdcd5F/F and Stra8-Pdcd5-/- mice were collected for quantitative proteomics analysis using TMT-based liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) approach. A total of 8730 proteins were quantified, and 512 proteins (p < 0.05, Foldchange > 1.5) were differentially expressed. Among these differential proteins, 58 proteins were downregulated (11%) and 454 proteins were upregulated (89%) in Stra8-Pdcd5-/- elongating spermatids. |
