PXD065564 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMono-mix strategy enables proteomic analysis of a cross-kingdom microbial symbiosis
DescriptionThe interaction between Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and Mesorhizobium japonicum were investigated in cocultures, monocultures, and mono-mixes by label-free LC-MS/MS proteomics with and without sample fractionation. Sample fractionation and comparison to mono-mix controls revealed meaningful symbiosis-dependent changes in the bacterial proteome. Samples were digested with trypsin then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS Processing pipeline.
