Description | The treatment of LUAD mainly includes surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, the clinical population of LUAD chemotherapy drugs is limited, and patients inevitably have the problem of drug resistance. The development of LUAD therapeutic drugs can provide more treatment strategies for patients, and the study of biomarkers is an effective way to provide potential therapeutic targets. In this study, by comparing the proteome of cancer, paracancer and distant paracancer tissues of LUAD patients, it was found that SEC61B, AKR1C2, NOP10, SLC9A3R1, VAC14, PRPF6, DNAJC10 and SRP72 were eight potential LUAD protein markers. Among them, DNAJC10 has a cancer-promoting effect in LUAD, and its high expression is not conducive to patient survival. |
