PXD060534 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Activity-based protein profiling of beta-lactam targets in Mycobacterium tuberculosis |
Description | Activity-based protein profiling data from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) H37Rv grown under replicating and carbon-starvation conditions with beta lactam (meropenem) probe labeling or no probe control (npc). Proteins were obtained from Mtb cultures lysed by bead beating, digested with trypsin, and then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline. |
